Returns & Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY

  • Returns are only accepted if there is a default in the product and it must be declared within 24 hours after order has been delivered, otherwise we unfortunately can not accept it. Please email sarahkeelan.travels@gmail.com if you think there is a default in your order & include photos.
  • Returns are not accepted on digital products or if the customer has simply changed their mind.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchanges are only accepted if the customer has emailed sarahkeelan.travels@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the package with request to exchange an item.
  • Items must to be returned within 14 days of purchase and must be unworn, unwashed, and still in original condition with the original tags still attached.
  • The customer is required to cover shipping costs both ways for exchange items and all shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Sarah and Keelan Travels are not liable for the loss of any product due to shipping carriers. We recommend returning goods with a tracking number for the shipment.
